Things that fit you properly just feel better. Universal Design makes existing homes fit the changing lifestyles of clients. This bathroom remodel transformed a typical outdated 1960s main bath. It now fits the needs of all family members, including one with significant physical challenges. The curbless shower includes a grab bar, hand shower and a rotating, removable shower seat. Two soft-cornered countertops at grab bar height flank the toilet so a person can lean on them when getting up. Hands-free ambient and tasking lighting such as a photo sensor LED night light mounted under the floating cabinet and vanity lights that automatically switch on were included as well.
