Project Overview

This project started with a clean slate. The property slopes down several feet on one side and the homeowner wanted to use that space for a deck. A semi octagon deck was designed for entertaining. One side of the rail has a built-in bar shelf to set your drinks down and the homeowner plans on using bar stools. The deck is connected to the homeowner's garage to keep the deck flowing through the yard.
