Project Overview

This new construction project involved designing a modern lakefront landscape focused on maximizing its beautiful lakeside location while addressing several setbacks. The design features a striking deck that seamlessly transitions into a versatile turf seating area, which doubles as a yoga retreat and fire pit. A key feature is the cozy gathering area with lake views, but there is also a hot tub integrated into a nook of the home below the decking area, offering a private, relaxing space while allowing easy access to the outdoor areas. The overall layout emphasizes both functionality and aesthetics.
