Project Overview

A deck built on two levels was unusable during hot summer months. To better utilize the space, a new covered porch was constructed featuring a standing seam metal roof, tongue and groove ceilings, and a custom stone fireplace. An uncovered grill deck and a lower patio with a second fireplace were also added to provide additional seating. The space is now a favorite room in the house that can be used all year round.
