Project Overview

These homeowners wanted a modern, yet coastal feel that kept the house and yard simple and classic. By using mixtures of stone and wood, this home was able to capture a classic palate of color and texture. The yard was especially unique with its dramatic slope leading to the lake, so the firepit patio had to be built directly into the existing elevation without disturbing the bluff line. This created a natural path and terrace from the side yard into the backyard living space.
