Project Overview

After completing their dream kitchen, this couple's focus shifted to planning what they have affectionately named the Party Patio. Located in the backyard, they wanted to create a personal playground for their children and friends to enjoy during their many events. This 1,800 spare-foot patio includes an outdoor kitchen, dining area, retractable shade sails, and multiple seating areas. Once the parties get going, their spa, fit pit, sauna, and lighting/sound packages are ready to go. Their drip irrigation, hydronic snowmelt system, and embedded boulders ensure the space is visually ready for everyday entertaining.
