Project Overview

This more than 100-year-old home had previously been a dentist's office, but was restored back to its former glory and given an envious backyard. A new paver driveway leads from the street to a new garage. An automatic gate keeps the backyard private. The pavers in the backyard provide extra parking and double as an entertaining space. The addition of a gas fire pit and outdoor kitchen make this area in the backyard the spot to be. A new porch off the back of the house includes a seating area with built-in planters for additional green space.
