Livit Site + Structure - Entry 1

Project Overview

This young and active family wanted to create multiple entertainment spaces suitable for both sophisticated entertaining and outdoor family s'mores nights. They desired a distinct outdoor living space that elevated the home amongst its neighbors and tied in with the home's existing aesthetic. They also wanted to keep the yard big enough for the kids, friends and teammates, add much needed storage for outdoor furniture and equipment, and keep maintenance simple. The back yard now features an outdoor dining area, a sunken living room, an outdoor entertainment area, and additional storage space built with all of the home's current architectural features.
