Project Overview

Our clients' goal was to extend their living space and create an outdoor oasis. This was accomplished by adding a covered porch with concealed phantom retractable screens. A stacked-stone fireplace, insulated ceiling and gas heaters allow the owners to comfortably use the porch late into the fall season. Their project also includes a two-level patio, a water feature, an outdoor kitchen and bocce ball court. This backyard transformation both extended the living space and provided a place for rest and relaxation.
