Project Overview

These homeowners envisioned a modern, yet cozy, open-concept space that was conducive to family time. To open the first floor, most of the restrictive walls and ceilings were removed, resulting in an expansive space for the updated kitchen and dining areas. To account for their large family gatherings, an addition was built adjacent to the kitchen to accommodate a spacious butler's-style pantry, enhancing the functional storage capacity and food prep space.
