Project Overview

Looking to better accommodate their family of four, these homeowners wanted to update their living space while adhering to the grandeur of their historic home. A more spacious kitchen was created by extending the usable space into the rear yard, highlighted by a 7-foot-wide island and convenient walk-in pantry. The kitchen seamlessly blends modern functionality with historical charm, featuring oversized moldings and wainscotting reminiscent of early 20th-century residences.
