Project Overview

Forced to remedy the previous homeowner's narrow rear addition, the new homeowners wanted a light and airy space they could properly enjoy. A 32' steel flush beam was installed, opening the area to improve flow between the kitchen, dining, and living rooms, while transitioning the formal living room into a functional office and pantry. Custom features such as a marble and brass hood trim, a 15' island, and a concealed pantry entry further elevate the space's design, leaving the dark, choppy layout behind.
