The initial floorplan of the first floor in this townhome provided functional living space, but the disjointed layout of the common areas left room for improvement. Driven by a desire to seamlessly integrate the isolated kitchen into the open aesthetic of the surrounding interior, the entire layout was reconfigured, turning it into a space that not only fits, but elevates the aspirational vision for the entire home.
