Project Overview

This family was too social to be closed off in a kitchen incongruent with their way of life, and the original window treatments, flooring and load-bearing wall were as dated as they were impractical. Now, the new kitchen opens seamlessly into the living room to allow for a simultaneously social and functional space. Key selections bring the family's style to life, including a resplendent blue oven hood and eye candy hanging lights. The island was finished in a complementary blue finish as well, and the wall cabinetry painted white. From every angle the kitchen provides a clean modern look with an eclectic touch.
