Project Overview
The main objective of this remodel was to transform a boring condo kitchen into a modern, Scandinavian-inspired space for the retired, nomad homeowners. Adding hidden appliance panels, pantry storage, and an integrated Walnut waterfall island created a Zen, open floor plan in this compact condominium. A built-in quartz picture ledge allows the homeowners to quickly update photos from their latest travels. The multi-purpose island includes a hidden printer and lateral files. A new French door oven allows for aging-in-place, while the new LVT floor adds durability and easy maintenance.
