Project Overview

This charming home had almost everything the clients desired. It just needed an aesthetic upgrade and a little structural tweaking to function properly for this family. A two-phased project was planned but the discovery of a kitchen leak moved the project ahead of schedule. Removing a column that obstructed the kitchen and dining space, reconfiguring the pantry and laundry room area and reworking the entry from the garage opened the space. The new space features a large island with refrigerator drawers and a microwave, and a scalloped quartz backsplash for an elevated elegance.The clients are thrilled with the result and enjoy living in it every single day.
