Project Overview

This west Austin couple's home is their sanctuary. Over the years much of the house had been transformed to match their aesthetic-everything, that is, except their kitchen. To bring it up to par with the rest of the house, the clients wanted the kitchen to be better integrated with the family room, add more workspace, and maximize the city skyline view. Relocating the fridge allowed for the removal of a wall to open up the kitchen to the front of the house. The new space features an island, which improved the flow between the kitchen, breakfast nook and family room, and new inset style cabinetry throughout.
