Project Overview

The compact laundry room and coat closet were transformed into a spacious, multifunctional mudroom and dry bar by repurposing space from an underutilized utility closet and relocating the utilities. The new area features all custom cabinetry with a cohesive aesthetic. A new exterior door floods the space with natural light, providing an inviting informal entry for guests, allowing access without using the front door or garage. The result is a stylish, family-friendly space that enhances the home's charming character.
