Project Overview

This project transformed the existing dining room and kitchen with breakfast area into an open-concept kitchen with a scullery and dining room. The renovation included a complete demolition of existing finishes, significant structural enhancements, including 38 LVL beams, and construction of new walls with fur-down extension and a glass dividing wall. Aesthetic upgrades included plaster finishes, wallpaper, wood ceiling beams, tile backsplash, custom cabinetry, and quartzite countertops. The open-concept layout provides ample space for cooking and hosting, with abundant counter space, cabinetry with interior accessories and appliances to meet the client's needs.
