Project Overview

This 1900s gem, located in a historic district, was constructed with Bavarian styling and loaded with character and charm but had not been updated for years. Some creative redesign was in order. The floor plan was redesigned to improve over-all flow of the home. The interior trim package was custom-made to match the existing; finishes were lightened and brightened, and all fireplace mantels were refurbished and reused to maintain the historic character of the home. This two-story renovation had many obstacles to work through, but in the end the homeowners couldn't be happier with the redesign and modern conveniences they now enjoy!
