Project Overview

This homeowner wanted to modernize their penthouse condo and take advantage of the sweeping views of the city. By removing walls, a brand-new kitchen and dining area was created, complete with a custom glass wine refrigerator, that opens into an updated living room. The primary bedroom and bathroom were transformed, along with two guest bedrooms and a second bathroom for a sleek, maintenance-free home.
