Project Overview

Positioned in the dark at the center of the home, this kitchen blocked rooms from each other and needed to be relocated. To start, multiple load-bearing walls were removed to create an open first floor. A working pantry was conveniently installed to connect to the kitchen through a 5-foot-wide double pocket door and a spiral staircase connects the kitchen to the bedroom for easy access. Bright colors and consistent flooring tie this space together, creating the perfect place to start and end the days.
