Project Overview

This owner had waited 18 years to realize this dream. Since moving into her home in 1992, her modern design aesthetic was never fully achieved. After many life events she seized the moment with a new beginning, creating a forever home that provides her family a secure home base with the design features, space plan, functionality and entertaining space she desired. The entire main level, including the kitchen, were reconfigured and transformed. The new space also includes an open foyer with a grand main staircase and horizontal metal railing system; a living room with a two-story fireplace; and an expansive mudroom.
