Project Overview

The concept for this whole house renovation included redesigning an outdated floor plan, updating to modern finishes and fixtures, and incorporating a collection of art work while enhancing visual interaction with the river. The existing 1980s structure needed more than cosmetic improvements. The living room was re-centered in the vast space just upon entering the home, expanding the view while maintaining plenty of wall space for art. The kitchen was reoriented, mitigating the diagonal that divides the house. Fixtures, material finishes, lighting and cabinetry throughout the home were updated. Additionally, a sauna, fitness room and a bunk-bed bedroom were custom designed.
