Project Overview

The first floor wasn't conducive to the family of five's lifestyle and entertaining. Dated and compartmentalized, they desired more connection between spaces, and a home that reflects their style. With the removal of walls, the kitchen expanded into the formal dining room and is now open to other entertaining spaces. The kitchen is timeless, modern and charming with white furniture-style cabinetry, a jewel-toned island, a custom butcher block, and black and brass hardware and fixtures. The remodel also updated the three-season room and created a more functional entry and laundry room.
