Project Overview

This traditional house built in 2000 had almost everything this blended family of seven needed when they moved in. Other than being updated, they needed one bedroom, a full bath, and a study zone incorporated without adding on. They already had a dream backyard for the kids, which included a pool, trampoline, and sports equipment, so they wanted to have full-view of them playing outside from the kitchen. They also wanted to bring in as much natural light as they could. Turning the windows in the kitchen to sliders and removing the dark cabinets and built-ins in the living room helped fulfill their needs.​​
