Project Overview

The clients lived in their apartment for some time to get a feel for the space before they ultimately decided on what they needed for their home. This year-long renovation started with a full gut of the apartment. The new floor plan includes three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a laundry room and an office. Reclaimed oak floors, new electrical, new plumbing, a new HVAC system, a new sprinkler system, and new audio visual were installed throughout. Two-tone custom kitchen cabinets in high-gloss white lacquer and walnut are a highlight of the kitchen.
