This city condominium was in need of an overhaul to modernize the home and create a more cohesive flow for daily living.The goals were to incorporate the main living areas into a more open-concept design, dramatically changing the feel and flow of the entire space. No more dark, inefficient, boxy rooms. The condo is now filled with natural light, ample storage, exceptional woodworking, including a custom made wood beam in the kitchen, and plenty of ease to move about. The owners are thrilled with the aesthetics, functionality and overall outcome. It is now the home of their dreams.
