Project Overview

This Mid Century Modern beach house from the 1960s was transformed into something quite special for today. The new design optimizes the openness of the space, creates better flow in all areas, maximizes the beach views, honors the original architectural details, and modernizes the space. Reducing the footprint of the original fireplace helped open the space, while adding new windows improved views to the outside. Now all the clients have left to do is enjoy the view.
