Project Overview

This lakeside contemporary home built in the 1970s was eager for a refresh. The clients' main priority was to bring life into existing areas where the family spends most of their time together. The space was brightened with more windows for ample lighting, along with updated finishes and eclectic design elements. This main level remodel of the kitchen and living area captured the original architectural components of the home to revamp its unique Mid Century modern style with an update in fresh materials. The result enhanced the original design of the home while improving the functionality.
