Project Overview
The homeowners sold their business and moved closer to family. They wanted their new house to accommodate visting friends, so they needed to keep four existing bedrooms. They also desired a bigger master bathroom, new guest bathroom, updated master bedroom, and a new walk-in closet. Unique design solutions include using the dead space in the second story foyer to create a guest bathroom, and creating a walk-in closet out from a fifth bedroom.
