Project Overview

The fourth generation living in the original 1852 family homestead wanted to remodel the main first floor bathroom, add a separate laundry room, transform the lower level into bar, add a bedroom walk-in closet, and add a powder room and entertainment space for the family and guests to enjoy. Major structural challenges had to be overcome to achieve the homeowners' desire for living spaces with a sophisticated rustic farm style that also maintained the original family legacy. The final project exceeded the clients' expectations and incorporated everything on their long wish list.
