Project Overview

The owners wanted to completely renovate and modernize their mid-rise condo while incorporating some of the original construction. The unit was customized by the parents in 1985 when the structure was developed from a hotel to luxury condos. Contemporary design and simplistic elegance is highlighted throughout. The monochromatic color palette keeps the focus on the accents and the art. No surface was left untouched. This project is truly a masterpiece rooted in function and simplicity. The spa baths, enormous walk-in closets, intimate library, and modern kitchen do not disappoint.
