Project Overview

COVID times led many to start working from home. This homeowner needed additional useable square footage. They needed office space and decided to turn their garage into a functional (and beautiful) work space with a laundry room and storage closet. Working with a blank slate, additional plumbing, electrical, and HVAC venting was added to tie in the space with the existing home. The biggest showstopper at this renovation was the steel and glass manual garage door that lets in amble light and creates a transitional space (indoor/outdoor) when the weather is nice!
