Project Overview

The clients' mission was to update a mismatched, poorly functioning bar area in this midcentury modern home to fit their entertaining needs. The existing space was removed of all existing carts, appliances and mirrored wall finishes. The window was covered over with a new mirrored wall and glass shelving. New cabinetry provides needed storage, and a shallow sink was plumbed in from the adjacent mechanical room. An offset undercounter fridge maintains floor space while not crowding the underside of the stairway. A back-lite onyx bar top and multicolored LED lighting at the glass shelving provides a fun nighttime atmosphere.
