Project Overview

This design-build project transformed a historic home to suit a modern family's lifestyle. The kitchen layout was expanded by moving a powder room, adding new windows, and installing custom banquet seating for family meals, snacks, and homework. Custom cabinetry and personalized storage solutions made the kitchen more functional. A new window above the sink brightened the space. Nonfunctional fireplaces were upgraded with gas inserts and mosaic stone tiles. The front porch entry was redesigned to enhance curb appeal, adding new closets for additional storage. All woodwork was custom matched to blend seamlessly with the home's original historic details.
