Project Overview

This 100-year-old home is in a conservation district in the city - and the goal was to remodel the heart of that home. The kitchen, breakfast room, and sitting room were renovated to give ode to the original charm of the neighborhood, while integrating modern design decisions to bring functionality into this century. Multiple challenges - including large amounts of lead that needed to be addressed and a floor that was dropping over an inch within a 13-ft run - allowed the opportunity for creative decisions while keeping the goals of these homeowners top of mind.
