Project Overview

Originally designed by renowned Minnesotan architect Edwin Lundie, this home underwent a transformation under Ben Quie Sons' care. A porch with unsightly aluminum windows was converted into a refined four-season living area, expanding the home's livable space while preserving Lundie's architectural legacy. The new room offers versatile functionality and retains the historical charm of the original design, showcasing meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship.
