Project Overview

Originally built in 1931, this Edwin Lundie home was modest in design. Upon Lundie's return 5 decades later to expand the home's footprint by nearly 10,000 square feet, the homeowners allowed their imagination to run wild with new ideas. The home was renovated to accommodate more modern amenities while retaining distinctive architectural details and blends of wood throughout the floors and walls.
