Project Overview

To accommodate the homeowner's growing family, this historic 1936 bungalow underwent a total transformation, from an owner's suite complete with a new bathroom and walk-in closet, to a relocated laundry, and remodeled hall bathroom. To maintain the home's authentic character, the windows, trim, and vertex-mingled brick were matched throughout the space, along with original wood flooring and door hardware. The selections and finishes were carefully considered to bring modern elements and historical details to the home.
