Project Overview

This beautiful 1923 English Cottage, with sweeping views of the St. Paul bluffs, was in desperate need of restoration. The new design optimizes the space and utility while preserving the character of the house. The kitchen was expanded, the great room's interior was brought back to life, and the mastersuite and bathroom updated. In addition, the basement and existing workshop were converted into a hangout space for the kids.
