Project Overview

This project exemplifies the rejuvenation of a historic Spanish Colonial home, balancing aesthetic preservation and modern functionality. The exterior was meticulously restored, addressing stucco cracks, paint deterioration, and weatherproofing, while maintaining architectural character. A new patio seamlessly extends the living space, blending indoor and outdoor areas. The design features durable porcelain tiles, a dual-sided fireplace, decorative accent lighting, and period-appropriate elements. Highlights include a custom tile rug area and a gas barbecue, creating a multi-season entertaining space. By collaborating with the Historic Preservation Office, we transformed the home into a beautiful haven.
