Project Overview

The clients sought a full exterior renovation with a covered cabana for their pool. The exterior was updated with Hardie Board siding. The front elevation was accented with a metal standing-seam roof and cabled overhang details. Curb appeal was enhanced with new stained garage doors and window changes. The modern cabana design was accented with stained boards, textured with a stone accent wall. The island features a black honed granite counter with mitered waterfall sides and a wood herringbone pattern. The cabana created a dream oasis and ultimate entertaining space.
