Project Overview

Frustrated with their awkward deck, these homeowners wanted an open porch that was comfortable and easy to keep clean all four seasons. After removing the breezeway and bay window, a continuous roof covers the new screened porch, complete with a 12-foot-wide sliding glass door that connects to their home's interior. A large, top-hinged window opens to create a pass-through porch bar with infrared heaters and a ceiling fan, making the renovated porch the perfect place to enjoy any time of the year.
