Project Overview

After two years, these homeowners' vision came to life! They wanted an extension of their home without an addition. Issues with tree permitting, rainwater requirements and limiting build area, caused a redo the original plans for a full covered porch. Instead, a deck, covered patio, and expansion of the deck square footage were incorporated. On the interior, a ceiling was vaulted, a new window was installed, and the roof was placed over a new pergola. The pergola is partially screened with custom barn doors for additional living space. An open air deck and stairs lead to the beautiful backyard.
