Project Overview

This client hoped to transform her 1940s home with a stunning, modern facade. Unfortunately, the house suffered from poorly executed previous remodels, including an unpermitted addition enclosing a carport and a subsequent garage conversion and new garage. These wood-framed additions were not in plane with or properly connected to the original concrete block made structure. The roof framing was over-spanned and failing vinyl siding and soffits were hiding more below-code and dangerous conditions. New windows and doors, new stucco and wood siding, and a relocated entry were capped with a standing seam metal roof to bring some much-needed sparkle to this uncut gem.
