Project Overview

This project was a complete remodel of the exterior third floor bump out, pilot house, parapet wall and fiberglass roof-deck due to improper construction. The client wanted to repair and beautify his home's exterior so that it performs the way it was meant to. All moisture damaged sheathing, framing and insulation was repaired or replaced. The existing stucco was replaced with James Hardie siding and trim. New Pella Windows were also installed, and the fiberglass roof was completely rebuilt.
