Project Overview

Over the years, this client invested in multiple renovation projects to improve the interior of his home. He then felt compelled to improve the home's front exterior to bring it up to the aesthetic level of the interiors. Adding more emphasis on the front entry door, which was dwarfed by an oversized light fixture and bay window above, was the solution. The brick façade was continued beyond the existing roof line, terminating in a gable. The entry was also enlarged to be more in proportion with the bay window, which received a proportioned roof treatment with a graceful downward sweep.
