Project Overview

This project came about because the homeowners did not trust the exterior's construction quality and they weren't happy with the style. Prior to the purchase, the residence had been flipped by someone looking to make a quick buck and corners were cut to achieve the greatest return on investment. They requested a well-built, low-maintenance exterior with a variety of cladding materials to lend some visual interest to a home that was very monochromatic. A new metal roof, wood-look composite planks on portions of the exterior, and exterior sconces that complement the cladding and chimney caps met their request.
