Project Overview

These clients entertain a lot and often host their three children's sports teams parties. They wanted an outdoor space that could accommodate large informal parties, under covered spaces, on two levels of their home, more storage and privacy-all with an Aspen Ski Lodge feel. The upper level has seating areas and dining for six, with an outdoor TV, grill and custom swinging bed under the covered space. The covered patio has privacy walls with arched transoms, and hidden storage under the new stairs. Tongue-and-groove Cedar boards below the rafters and a stone façade helped create the Aspen Ski Lodge feel the clients desired.
